Printing needs clean artwork at the intended print size. Send original vector artwork when available, or a high-resolution image with a transparent background. A PNG at 300 DPI at the final size is a useful starting point; enlarging a small image does not restore missing detail.

Common questions
Which files should I send?
Send the original AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF if available, or your highest-resolution PNG. If you only have a JPG or a small logo, send it for review so we can assess the preparation needed.
Is a print-ready file also ready for embroidery?
No. Embroidery requires digitizing into a stitch file. A vector or PNG provides the source artwork, but the stitch plan must still be prepared for the garment, size and placement.
