Ruth De Chantal Anna was very nice to deal with. The work was done quickly , using the font requested. The only thing I did not like was the white backing used behind the embroidery. I have had towels personalized elsewhere before and there was just the embroidery on the back. this is the reason for 4/5 rating. Thanks
